Indoor Wellness
The complex's indoor pools are at your disposal every day of the year, regardless of the weather.
The indoor wellness area includes:
- The swimming pool, with a length of 25m and a depth of max. 140 cm is centrally positioned, offering the possibility to practice swimming even at the performance level. Water temperature is 28-30 degrees Celsius.
- Jacuzzi with a hydro-aero massage system, with a capacity of 8 people and a water temperature of 32-34 degrees Celsius.
- Children's pool with a depth of 75 cm and a water temperature of 32-34 degrees Celsius.
- A distinct relaxation area consisting of a generous Jacuzzi that provides hydromassage for the back and a powerful jet for foot massage, and a Finnish sauna that offers you mental-, physical relaxation and a general rejuvenation.
- To alternate the effects of the sauna, you have at your disposal the bath with cold water and the relaxation area with pleasant music.
Tips for Sauna
Before going to the sauna, please keep in mind some very important tips:
- do not consume alcohol on the day you go to the sauna.
- don't eat a lot as it may make you sick.
- if you take medicines from the tranquilizer category, it is NOT recommended to do sauna sessions!
Stay in the sauna for a maximum of 15 minutes and take a cold shower, then come back for another 15 minutes. However, be careful not to overdo it! 3 such sessions are recommended.
If you go for the first time, don't stay too long because you might get sick.
