The complex is monitored VIDEO in legally permitted areas. The center reserves the right to take photos and record videos for promotional purposes.
Clients have access to the sports center during the established hours and are required to leave the center before closing time.
The management of the complex reserves the right to refuse access to people who behave inappropriately or are under the influence of alcoholic or psychoactive beverages
Access to the pools is prohibited for people with open wounds, those who have a fever, with dermatological diseases or other communicable diseases.
Payment is made at the entrance to the center, after purchasing the fee you will receive a bracelet, which must be worn in plain sight throughout your stay at the center.
We do not assume responsibility for items left in the pool area or locker rooms.
We inform you that the Complex Wellness Sport Zaharovits does not provide lifeguard supervision in the water pools. Responsibility for any incidents lies ENTIRELY with the CLIENTS, REGARDLESS OF AGE.
It is prohibited to bring food or drink into the area and inside the pools.
It is prohibited to bring blunt and dangerous objects.
SMOKING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the area and inside the pools.
Please maintain cleanliness during your stay in the base and follow the hygiene and sanitary regulations.
The consumption of drinks and food is allowed only in specially arranged areas.
Damage or destruction of any kind will be sanctioned according to the law. Please demonstrate civilized behavior, so that the time spent in the sports complex is as pleasant as possible.
Entry into the pool is only in a swimsuit, and during your stay in the base, bath slippers are worn.
Use the shower before and after using the pools. We recommend that you wear a swimming cap in the pool, and people with long hair should tie their hair back when visiting the swimming pools.
It is strictly forbidden to urinate in the pool water. The reagents in the water will indicate the person who does this and they will bear the costs of changing the water in the swimming pool. Please use the toilet for personal needs.
Children under 12 years of age have access to the pool only with parents or companions. It is strictly forbidden for minors to enter the pools unaccompanied or unsupervised.
Children under 3 years of age must wear special water diapers.
Jumping into the pools is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! The exception is the trampoline from outside.
Running and reckless games on the edge of the pool are not allowed. It is forbidden to push people on the edge of the pool into the water.
The specially arranged area will be used for sunbathing. Sun loungers and umbrellas cannot be moved.
Entry and exit from the pool is only possible by ladder to avoid possible slips or accidents, so follow the posted signs.
Persons who violate these regulations will be evicted, and in case of repeated indiscipline, they will no longer have access to the sports facility.
The management DOES NOT assume responsibility for non-compliance with this Regulation by customers and will not grant moral or financial compensation in the event of accidents, moral or material damage.
